At Orimelo, we take pride in creating handmade products with care and attention to detail. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Include original packaging and tags (if applicable).
  • Not show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.

To initiate a return, please contact us at service@orimelo.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Because many of our products are handmade, slight variations in color, size, pattern placement, or craftsmanship are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or no longer wanting the item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For items received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, Orimelo will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide a suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production or shipping preparation has begun, cancellation requests may not be possible.
